Please be aware that although all pictures taken by yourself on our Booth are stored on secure cloud based severs, all guests will have access to the pictures and may copy and post them to other sites. We have no control over this.

How data is stored.

·        We use an encrypted cloud-based picture storage called drop box

·        Our own an encrypted website

·        Our own Facebook page

·        A personal calendar for event details

Data stored on my calendar.

·        First Name

·        Last Name

·        Mobile (for contact about the event).

·        Email (for contact about the event and sending of contract/invoice).

·        Reason for event

·        Event location

·        Address when needed

·        Event invoice

Data stored in the Dropbox folder

·        Your pictures from your event saved at lower resolution

·        Your pics you choose to upload from your own device

Data shown and linked to your event web page

·        Pictures from the Dropbox link are only shown not stored on this web page

·        A link to the Dropbox folder where all pictures taken on the booth and uploaded by yourself are stored

Data Stored on Camera

·        All pictures taken after you have pressed the button on the booth yourself theses are transferred to a secure cloud storage and removed from camera.
